Annotations "GREEN CHECKMARKS"

I am using 32 bit Internet Explorer, but green checkmarks do not appear in search engine results.
I went to Webroot settings in the "Web Threat Shield" section and the correct box is checked for that.
 
What is wrong?
Also does not work on 64 bit.

Are you using IE 7.0 or higher and do you have any other addons enabled that affect your searches? Also, please make sure that you are on an HTTP (http://google.com) Google search and not an HTTPS one because the search annotations do not work on HTTPS.

    Are you using IE 7.0 or higher and do you have any other addons enabled that affect your searches? Also, please make sure that you are on an HTTP (http://google.com) Google search and not an HTTPS one because the search annotations do not work on HTTPS.
