Over the past 3-4 days I've been getting this message on my new Windows 8.1 PC, causing internet browsing to slow to a crawl.  My router/wireless if fine.  Other devices including laptop running fast as usual.

 

I did a search as all I find is "this is a great feature" in responce to other's issues,  but it's really not.  Not when if makes the internet useless.  How do I fix this bug in your software.

Yes there are some issues can you please run this Log Gathering Tool and put your email address in it and when it's done uploading then Submit a Support Ticket with the same email address and put in the ticket WSAlogs have been uploaded and for the BrightCloud Team.
