Can not verify key code when I try to install
I have downloaded the program and reistered but it keeps telling me that my key code can not be verified at this time. Help!!!

May I ask where you got it from? Is it a Best Buy Subscription via Geek Squad if so contact them here: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl and the phone number is at the Bottom. If not please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you.
