Can I scan more than just my c:drive? The first scan I did with Webroot showed 3 issues that Mcaffe never picked up. I would like to make sure that my files on my backup are actually protected.

Yes you can scan any drive by Right Clicking on the Drive and Click Scan with Webroot from the Context Menu!
