Your ebay account is accessed using a password, Webroot doesnt control your passwords unless you are using the Toolbar. If you have a nice long secure password you should be safe.

Any account can be hacked, if the company with account is with is hacked or if you use weak passwords or the same password on more than one account.

 

Using WSA  does vastly reduce the chances of your account information being stolen from your own computer by protecting you against malware.  Using the Password Manager also increases your protection as it protects against keyloggers, and if you use it to generate your passwords it will create STRONG passwords unique to each of your accounts.
