I seem to have trouble with bluetooth working and wondered if it is due to the fact I have both Webroot Anywhere-Internet Security Plus and Constant Guard running from comcast.  And what about the free program windows defender.  I thought that they might interfere with each other and cause major problems.  Anybody got some advice...I really would appreciate it. Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum,

Yes you can run Guard Protection but IMO it's unneccesary because Webroot you can run it and leave it without bogging down your system with added programs. Webroot does it's job protecting in many ways.

Here's more info about WSA's Idenitiy Shield and it's awesome http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6a_ManagingID.htm

Please have a look here about Webroot and third party AVs compatibility https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Incompatibility-Messages-Regarding-Webroot-from-Third-Party/ta-p/20338

Instead of me saying anything it's best to read it for yourself what the potential Webroot has the Webroot WIN Cloud  that does all the work not your PC: http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php

As for your bluetooth device I don't think Webroot is blocking this but you can check here on the PC User Guide, and look here.

Check the Bluetooth manufacturing website for information or maybe you need an updated driver.

I hope I covered everything for you and if you still have issues then feel free to ask and if you need more help you can always  t issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
