can you leave windows firewall on using Webroot

It is actually the case that you MUST leave the Windows Firewall on and running when using WSA. This is because whilst WSA protects your outbound connections with its own firewall (it is actually hardening the WIndows Firewall as I understand it), WSA does not protect the inbound connections and leaves that to the good offices of the built in firewall, which is in fact an excellent firewall and so Webroot's view is why try to improve on what is already very good?
So, in short, YES, please make sure that the Windows Firewall remains on when using WSA.
