Club Pogo issues

I have a new computer with Webroot installed and I'm having difficulty getting my Club Pogo games to load.  Both my Flash player and Java are up to date and enabled.  Pogo's website said that it may be a problem with the way Webroot is configured on my computer.  How can I change the settings so that I can play these games?
