says 2 codec-v files found on my computer and 1 9c5e.tmp file are threats that have been removed from my computer but they keep showing up in a new virus scan... i blocked them under the detection config and firewall network apps section in webroot... how do i remove these files because webroot is not removing the problem... it is as if it is respawning... it has severely slowed my web browsing activities such as pages loading and my computer doesnt start as fast now... thanks in advance

Pegas is correct that the support system is the way to go for this concern.  Our support department is better equipped to field this kind of concern since they will need to take a look at your logs to answer your specific question.

It's also mentioned in the community guidelines section - "Looking for Support?".  Thanks 🙂
