Hi Guys and Gals,

I just renewed my subscribtion and got an English version instead the Dutch I used earlier.

Does anybody know how to change the Language?

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

 

Would you do a reinstall of Webroot and see if you can select the language of your choice?

 

Please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

 


  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
If this doesn't work then please submit a Support Ticket and they will gladly fix this for you free of charge with an active subscription.

First of all: Tnx a lot for Your fast reply. With this new versio of WSA I finnaly was able to install WSA on my Desktop (Win 7) and also on my LapTop (Win 10).

BUT (Why is there always a But ) how can I install WSA 9.0 on my Android Tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro)?

And Yes, I bought a version for Five (5) devices.

I forwarded your mail to my Tablet, clicked on the Download-link but can't install. Tablet tells me: "Unable to open file"?!

Please help me out on this.
