Configure Firewall to allow Windows SMB scan to file?

Good Afternoon-
 
I'm a Field Service Tech for a copier company, and I just did an install for a customer with 3 Windows 8 computers (One with Webroot SecureAnywhere), and everything configured correctly except for the Windows SMB scan to file on that one PC with Webroot.
 
I've already got the Windows Firewall configured to allow SMB, File and Printer Sharing, and NetBIOS, but Webroot is still blocking the scan function.  Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to "Allow" SMB scan?

I did some digging on my own Canon Tech Forum, and found that the ports I need to have open for inbound rules are 137-139 and 445.  They're already cleared in Windows, but Is there a shortcut to this you can point me to so I can open them in Webroot as well?

Not on Windows 8 or 8.1 as Webroot does not duplicate the OS's API's because Windows Firewall is so good on Win 8 and the controls are very good as well! So the best thing to do is contact Webroot and even better if you have the Keycode!     Please check here to see if anything is being under monitored?  http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C10_SystemControl/CH10b_ControllingProcesses.htm and check here to see if anything related is under Deny: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6c_ManagingProtectedApps.htm one last thing you can Submit a Support Ticket or give support a Call 1-866-612-4227 as you might need some files Whitelisted. To check do a scan then Right Click on the Webroot Tray Icon and Save a Scan Log to see if you have any files marked [u] at the beginning of each line.

    Appreciate all the help.  Apparently after configuring the Windows Firewall, a Hard Reboot was needed to open the ports necessary for scanning.
