Trying to delete devices from my account.  Instructions state to click the “Commands” tab, but there isn’t one on any of the devices in my account.  The only tabs that appear are “About” and “Scan Information”

Hello @jswtech1

If you don’t see “Commands Tab” you’re probably on the New Webroot Console. If that is the case, you need to get in contact with Webroot Support to remove the device since the New Console does not have this command.

Support: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/about/contact-us

Business Support: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/support/contact

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.

This “New” Webroot Console probably has to be one of most poorly designed AV consoles I’ve seen. Basically only thing you can do is get a downloader and the license, otherwise no functionality. The old was far more functional and fully featured.
