I currently have, Webroot secureAnywhere and it's almost up. I purchased a new one on ebay, Webroot internet SecureAnywhere plus. I thought I had downloaded the new version but when I checked my AV statis it still said I had 19 days and it was my older version ( Webroot secureAnyhere ) that still had the 19 days left.

Hello there, welcome to the Communitiy!

All versions of Webroot are referred to as SecureAnywhere, the difference is in that last word(s).  In the case of your new key code, it is Internet Security Plus.

Before we advise you on exactly what to do, please give me just a little more information about your current installation.

Open WSA
Click the Gear Tool next to My Account

On the left side, it will have a set of information.  Please let us know what it has for the following:

Product
Status
Subscription

DO NOT take a screenshot that will include the keycode..we do not need to have that part :)

I look forward to your reply,
