Does anyone know how to clean the HELP_DECRYPT vius

You may have two issues here: the intital infection, and also encrypted files. Once the initial infection is cleaned, the encrypted files may remain. There is a possibility that if you were running Webroot when the infection occured, you may be able to roll back the damaged files. Do not try to clean this yourself without further help though. Please contact Webroot support: Submit a Support Ticket for expert help free of charge with your Active Subscription.
