Does webroot anywhere include ad blocking? If so how can it be deactivated?
Till last evening I was able to view pregrammes on Channel 4 website (UK) then I received a message saying 'it seems that your computer is ruun in g ad blocking software' and I can no longer view proprammes without disabling this. Can anyone help?

Webroot is not an ad blocker. It will only block ads or popups that originate from malicious files on your computer.
I would advise looking into a program such as Adblock Plus. And I am sure there are some other good suggestions for decent ad blockers from our community members as well.
