Does Webroot scan for malwearbyte anti-malwear

I am not quite sure exactly what you are asking here. Malwarebytes Anti Malware (MBAM) is another security app (that incedently some of the members here use as well as WSA) and therefore I am not sure why you would expect or want WSA to scan for it?
 
Are you asking if one can use both WSA & MBAM at the same time on the same system?
