I want to down load Easy Share and Webroot stops it.
I am trying to download Kodak EasyShare and Webroot stops the download.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Are you downloading Easy Share from the author's website or from a 3rd party web site? If from the latter then please try the former as in many case the download from 3rd party sites will include additional installer for addon programs that we know, in the Community, as PUAs or Potentially Unwanted Applicaitons and it is most likely these that WSA is detecting and objecting to for that reason.
If that does not assist you in overcoming the issue then please post back with more detail on the issue, i.e., what messages are you getting, etc., and we will look into a Plan B for you.
