Just purchased Webroot Internet Security. cannot read all of code. disk wont download

OK, lets deal with the 'disk won't download'...pPlease follow the steps below closely!

 


  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • If that is the code that you cannot read all of then please advise as to where you purchased your copy of WSA from.
  • If you can read all of the 20 character code then go to the next step
  • KEEP the computer online for install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode when requested
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Do post back either way to advise as to how you have gotten on.
