I have changed my email address but Webroot still required my old email to signon, and all the old information.  How do I fix this?

Maybe @ can help you as I'm not quite sure you can change it. Also you can Submit a Support Ticket to see if they can help you and please let us know the outcome as it will help other users and members.

Yeah you'll need to contact support for that one - I can't do address changes for the console.
