Expired subscription
+1I just updated my exiting account that expired and entered the new code. When you open the Webroot it still says "expired". any way to clear this? Yes I paid to renew my subscription tonight.
I had the same thing happen this afternoon. My expiration date has not updated either. In fact, I went as far as to 'buy' it via Best Buy (Geek Squad) link they sent me in an email. Big mistake, because they didn't even send me the new key code!!

I am afraid that this needs investigating in the back office systems to makle sure that there is nothing going on thhat is untoward there. Us volunteeers here do not have access to these so I will ping out most excellent Community Manager@ in the hope that he can check up on your subscriptions and advise that they are current, etc.
