We have had a few instances of this reported over the last... three weeks roughly. Chances are if you close your browser and re-open it, you will be able to access the site.
Please do as Sherry requested and submit that Trouble Ticket. Webroot Support is aware of a number of very isolated incidents like this over the last few weeks and are looking into it. The more data they get the easier it may be to fix the issue.
It seems to be rather rare, very few people have reported it, and as I said above chances are if you reload the page, especially after a browser restart, that the page will then act normally.
I am able to load Facebook at the moment without error.
