Hi Dabu

Have you tried to see if you get the same issue when the Wwebroot addons are disabled? If there is no change then tHe problem is most likely not due to WSA.

If you Google 'Firefox ntdll.dll conflict' you will find significant numbers of suggestions as to what the issue my be caused by and some suggested fixes. I recommend that you check some of those out...that is what I usually do in these cases.

Either way please come back an let us know hpw you get on with resolving this issue...all information received is useful to us in helping other users in the future.

Hi Baldrick,

again my thanks for your kind help!

You probably have "magic helping hands"? :D

The error message is gone for tonight!

I think it was possibly to do with the Adobe Flash player, in conjunction with webroot, because yesterday there was also a crash from Adobe Flash player, which no longer occurred today and the ntdll.dll error message is gone now too.

After a couple of reboots everything has rightly "shaken" probably... ;)

So I'm right now doing nothing and wait once... we´ll see.

Thanks again and regards

Dabu
