Webroot is alerting me to malware at - c:programdatawindows genuine advantage{309edbe8-f832-4787-ad8d-6bc379cc426c}msiexec.exe I've scanned and cleaned several times but the problem persists. Also now my browser no longer works.

Please Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and see if Webroot can sucessfully remove any malware that way.
If this doesn't work then,
Would you please issue a Support Ticket ASAP!
