Can you do a couple of scans and wait about an hour to see if shows up on the Online Console if not then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you! This is a free service with an a Webroot subscription.

That is entirely possible, depending on how long it was after install when you checked the Account Console. It can take up to 15 minutes for a device to show up on the Console.
It should be noted also, however, that even after the 15 minutes a PC will often not show up until a full scan has been run.
