How can I disable the protection so I can download an iTunes update?
How do I accomplish the itunes update download. I have disable all three parts of the program and still receive an error message. Apple says it is webroot and I need to uninstall and reinstall weroot after the upgrade to get this accomplished.
I can't download itunes updates even after I have turned all three parts of webroot off. Anybody know hoe to get the itunes update completeed

Where are you downloading it from? http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ I have no issues downloading do you have any other security software running with WSA?

+54I am with Triple Helix with this. I have been using iTunes for years and I have never had a problem or had to turn off WSA, it is has been totally trouble free.
