Hello ?,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
ARe you getting popups? First of all I would clean my cache/History and cookies in your browser and look here to read about PUAs.
Also add a good free Ad Blocker like the ones suggested below:
For Internet Explorer Ad Block Plus: https://adblockplus.org/
For Firefox uBlock: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/?src=ss or Privacy Badger: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/privacy-badger-firefox/
Google Chrome uBlock: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en or Privacy Badger: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/privacy-badger/pkehgijcmpdhfbdbbnkijodmdjhbjlgp
Hope this helps,

Hello ? and Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Just to add to Sherry's advice:
The software doesn't have any inbuilt capability for blocking individual websites (as in e.g. parental control), and instead rates them according to how dangerous they are and filters them accordingly, using its cloud analysis/monitoring system .Webroot, Inc.
Please see: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Internet/filter-web-content/m-p/185386/highlight/true#M4959
It is possible to edit the Windows hosts file, if you feel adept: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Internet/how-do-you-block-certain-websites-from-your-computer/m-p/183036#M4832
Hope some of this is a help, and let us know of any questions.
