A couple of days ago I opened Firefox to find that my Webroot Toolbar was gone.  I have had no luck in finding out how to reinstall the Webroot Toolbar.  The Webroot Toolbox reinstall exe file I have does not work. What can I do?

Sorry you are having this issue and this is happening quite abit and Support is working on a fix. If you can use Chrome or IE there isn't any problems with these browsers.
