I mistakenly set up my login to require an authentication code everytime I login to webroot secureanywhere. It is unnecessay, inconvenient, and I would like to change that requirement. How would I do that?

Hello there, welcome to the Community!
I am not sure, but it sounds like you may have turned on the little used Dual Auth system. This was added a couple years back, and as far as I am concerned it is the least known, least talked about and least used feature of WSA. Many users, even those who volunteer here to help, are not aware that it exists I think.
Please log into the Account Console.
Click on the Passwors tab
On the right hand side, under MyIdentity Actions, click View Settings
A small pop up window will appear. If the white box for Password is empty, CANCEL or click the X at the upper right.
If there is a Password there, delete the Password, and do not enter anything else. Make sure the box is entirely empty, including no spaces, click save.
If the white box was empty to begin with, please reply and let me know.
I hope this helps!
