how do I reboot new version from a disc from best buy it doesn't want to work

You do not need the installation disc if you already have Webroot on your computer.
 
All you need to do is enter the new keycode into your existing account.
 
You can replace an existing keycode with a new one by performing the following steps:
 

Open Webroot SecureAnywhere and click the Gear Icon next to My Account at the bottom left side of the screen

Enter your keycode in the field provided and press Activate.
 

 
 
 
You will also need to enter the keycode in your online console.

Also if you use Backup & Sync or Password Manager you will need to submit a trouble ticket to get support to transfer those settings for you.
 
If for some reason your previous installation is NOT a Best Buy version, then please uninstall the old version and download the Best Buy version here and install that.
