Hello,
Trying to send my daughter the file to download the software and install in her compter. doesn't seem user friendly to do this from the webroot console. However, I purchased the original software from amazon. So I have registered the key on webroot and the only way it seems to do this is login to webroot console from a new computer and then download and install. However this is not that situation.
any help?

There is an easy to way do it. Send her just the download link, not the file itself, and include the key code in the email.
Here is the link for the PC version: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe
That should take care of it 🙂
