Hello all,

I'm sure my question has been asked before so forgive me in advance. I recently, as of October 15, renewed my WSA Internet software for another year on my labtop. I renewed it 2 days before it was set to expire, however, as of the 16th of November I began to receive alearts again that it was expiring. This seemed odd so I called around and was told the renewed keycode should activate after the original tenure expires. That being said, shouldn't the renewed keycode have kicked in during October instead of a month later? And how long does it normally take for a renewed keycode to activate? Sorry for the troubles, but I want to be sure this isn't a user error on my end. Thanks!

Sorry, looks like your question slipped through the cracks.  Is WSA still showing as expired?
Yes it is. I called Geek Squard and they said that a 3-way call would have to be done to fix the problem. In my understanding, my keycode was voided when the original problem occured and now that keycode has to be reactivated manually. According to Geeksquad that keycode still has 300+ days of protection on it. Thanks!
Thanks for letting us know and glad to hear you'll be able to get your 300 days back!
