I am no longer able to access the password manager screen. I get a screen showing PC Security, Passwords, etc., When I click "Set Up Account Now"  it doesn't set it up. The password manager works, but I would like to be able to see, and edit my passwords.

Give this a quick try first: log back into the Console, and instead of clicking the 'main box' for Passwords, try to click on the tab for Passwords at the top.

 

I had this happen to me a couple of months ago: Passwords worked in the browser, and I was able to access Passwords from the TAB in the Console, but the 'main box' for Passwords in the Console was showing as expired.

 

If yours is acting the same way, please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Support take a look.  In my case, Support was able to correct whatever had gone wrong without trouble.
