Sorry to hear that you have been having trouble for so long. Have you tried contacting someone about this unusual state of affairs?

 

If not then if you have a version of WSA purchased from  Webroot or a retailer other than BEst Buy, I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket ASAP so that the Support Team can get amongst it and hopefully sort the issue out for you. This is a free service to anyone how has a current license.

 

If you purchase was from Best Buy/The Geek Squad then you can contact them following the information here.

 

In the interim can you describe what you have tried re. the installation process and exactly where you get the error message advising that your keycode is invalid?
