I can't install a new version of internet security plus. I receive always a renew page

The page ask me to go to Internet and renew the product, but I by a new one.  How I can install the new one?

Do you use the Password manager? If you do you need to save them before putting in the new keycode! If not install the new Keycode here and it will do a scan: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C12_MyAccount/CH11b_ActivatingKeycode... and hover over the Webroot Tray Icon down by the clock and the latest version is v8.0.7.26 as Webroot does not use the year anymore and you always get the lastest version all the time. If you need to dowload here is the download link for the latest version always! http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe so keep this link!

    If you have WSA installed will it be a new keycode or a renewal and can you tell us where you got it from and even post the link!
