I cannot add my new iPhone to my Webroot account.  I followed the instructions exactly but I keep getting a log in error message.  Yes I typed my password correctly.

Read over what Dermot has provided, but also here are directions to set up your User profile correctly.

 

Hello there, welcome back!  

 

Log into the Console

Click your email address at the upper right

Select Manage User from the drop down

Locate the User Profile that you are trying to use with the iPhone

Click the Edit icon at the far right side of the line

Click the Access & Permissions tab

Set ALL permissions to Admin or Access

Look at the key code listed and make sure that it matches the key code in use on your computer and is not expired.
Thanks for the help but that didnt help.  All my settings were already set as admin and access and the key code is fine.
I would suggest that the best solution will come if Support then take a look at what's wrong on the back-end, unless there may be any other ideas? Submit a Support Ticket
