I have been trying to log in in my webroot application but cant,and because of this I cant backup and sync,in the webrot console,it says no pc's are activated but I have already activated my code in the aplication

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sometimes it can take a little bit to show up in the console, especially if you have only recently installed WSA.
Please run a scan (right-click WSA icon in system tray, select Scan Now) and see if that helps.
EDIT: In terms of Backup & Sync would you please tell us which version of WSA you are running as you have posted in the Internet Security Plus forum and if that is the version you have purchased then you will not have the Backup & Sync feature as that only comes with the Complete version. So I am hoping that you have posted in the 'wrong' forum?

Thank you for your advise as I have got the secureanywhere plus,it has been much of a time sice I activated it,at first I activated my laptop in windows 8.1 then I had to deactivate it and later activate it in Windows 10,it has been working good but I am not being able to view my computer in the web console.

OK, if you are sure that you do not have a reference to your current device in the online console (they are usually not deleted when one uninstalls but can be deactivated) then I would suggest that you try an uninstall/clean reinstall of WSA as follows:

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if asked by the installer; you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
