I forgot my password AND security question. How do I regain access to my account?

Hi there,
 
I am in a bit of a sticky situation in terms of my Webroot SecureAnywhere registered account. As I had not logged into it for nearly half a year, upon recent attempts to do so, I found that I have forgotten my password and the answer to my security question. :(
 
I have seen a few questions similar to this, and the solution has been to simply click "Forgotten Password" and type in your security question (which I do not have) for either of the options that pop up. :@
 
Is there any possibility for me to regain access to my account only using the information I have, such as my email or product number?
