I installed Webroot but it's not appearing on the web console. I've tried to uninstall Webroot

I installed Webroot on my laptop but it doesn't appear on the web console. I also installed it on my desktop and that appeared almost immediately. I tried to uninstall Webroot from the laptop - so I could try a re-install - but it doesn't appear in the Control Panel/Uninstall Programs list. I then tried running the uninstall utility from the command prompt and the program ran and then asked for confirmation to install but then I got a message that all changes had to be made on the web console - which this laptop doesn't appear on! Help!
