I just installed webroot renew but still shows expired on on scan page.

Did you purchase/renew through Best Buy by any chance?  If so then it can take a little while for the renewal/subscription to work its way thorugh the system.  I would give it until tomorrow and if you do not see the renewal by then I would contact Best Buy to check on what is happening. 1.800.Geeksquad
 
If you renewed with Webroot directly give that a day or so before contacting Support
 
While your software is showing you that it is expired or at risk, you are still fully protected.  There is a 30 day grace period built in that will keep your computer fully protected until that renewal does actually process.  WSA will continue to update and protect you, even though it shows that it is expired.
