I lost my password. I cannot go into the site to change some of my settings ( NEEDED!) and cannot verify any changes. Any ideas on how to get around this, or solve this problem?
This has been going on for at least a week and I could use some help....

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can reset your password from your Web Console by clicking on the 'Can't log in' option to the right of the Log In button. That takes you to a screen that allows a password reset. You can get to the Web Console by clicking on the My Account tab in the main WSA panel, and then clicking on the Access Web Console button that appears in the tab.
Once in the Web Console, click on Login and on the next screen look for the 'Cant't Log in' link described above.
