I'm having difficulties using my wireless printer. Would Webroot block the printer IP address?

Yes Webroot could be blocking your wireless printer.
 
Well the best way would be to Submit a Support Ticket so they can get the files Whitelisted. For now check these places to see if it's being under Deny or Monitored and Set to Allow!

And if you are using Win 7 and older OS's check the Firewall as well: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4c_ManagingActiveConnec... you will not see this info on Windows 8.1
