Help!!

 

I need a MOD to move my original console data over to my new current IS account

 

Getting 'unknown email' error when logging in to PW mgr. after reading some posts here i assume my issue is same as others. Old account/trial user console info needs to be moved to new IS account. If not, i need a MOD to help me get my password mgr going.

Welcome to the Community Forums...:D

 

Youe best best is to Submit a Support Ticket and provide all the relevant details, i.e., old keycode, new keycode, email address used with your Web Console/Account, etc., and the Support Team should be able to address that for you fairly quickly.

 

If that does not happen then post back and we will see if we can enlist the assistance of our most Excellent Community Manager @  (who knows all...;)) and should be able to back up the Support Team on this.

 

Keep us posted on progress re. resolution of the issue.

Thanks for feeding back on this. That is good news. Did you raise the Support Ticket? If so then I expect that doing so resulted in thr Support Team working in the background to sort things out for you.
