I paid for 3 devices - why did I have to install the FREE version on my phone?
I bought the package for 3 devices - to include my Android phone. But I HAD to install the free version on my phone. It keeps telling me I can 'upgrade' to the premium version. Why pay for 3 devices, but have to upgrade and pay again for the premium version? This purchase and download has already proven to be a pain.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
There are a number of variations on a theme when it comes to which version of the mobile solution that you are eligable for/can install and we need to make suer that you have indeed installed the right vertsion/not missed out. Please review the contents of this KB Article which should advise as to which of the versions you should ahve installed.
When you have checked that out do come back and let us know if the issue you have raised is still...an issue.

If you purchased the 3 user version for you PC, then the FREE version IS correct for Android (Selecting the Premium download requires you to pay for it... and as you noted you already have paid for it)
Once installed, go into the settings menu to locate the Register function. Registering the free version with your paid for account information will upgrade that free version to the Premium at no additional charge.
