My subscritption was set to auto renew but we had changed cards and it expired. I never received an email notification but noticed today that it was expired. I renewed online but it still shows as expired on my computer after putting in the new keycode. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Hi gillaspie

Welcome to the Communitgy Forums.

May I ask if your original and therefore renewal was via Webroot or Best Buy?  If the latter then it can take some 24 hours for the back office systems of Best Buy and Webroot to communicate/exchange the information necessary to get the renewal recognised. I hasten to add that in these circumstances/this period you are still fully protected by WSA.

However, I am nolt really understanding why you refer to "...after putting in the new keycode" as a renewal does not entail the issue of a new keycode just the addition of time /days to your existing keycode.  Can you therefore check that the 'new' keycode you entered has indeed been recognised and is displayed in WSA...click on the My Account tab on the right hand side of the main app panel and you should see it displayed to the right of the 'Keycode' literal.  Is that tghe keycode that you are expecting or still the expired one?

Please let us know and we can take it from there.

Regards, Baldrick
I believe originally it was done through Best Buy.

When I renewed it gave me a new keycode. On WSA it says my new key code and underneath it says "this keycode is an automatic upgrade of your previous Keycode and then lists my original keycode".

On the panel it does show that current keycode but still showing expired so I am/was concerned since I work from home.

Thank you!
