i when trying to reset my password I get this Error(UPR003):Reset could not be completed.
im trying to rest my password on the console but i keep getting this error message Error(UPR003):Reset could not be completed. And can't get to the support for help with it has anyone else had this problem

May I suggest that you give it some time, perhaps wait until tomorrow and then try again as it may be a Webroot back office related issue on a server or something like that.
Also, would you please let us know what you mean by "...can't get to the support for help with it ..." as that is most, most unlike them to have responded in that way. Did you Open a Support Ticket? If not then please do so providing a clear explanation of exactly how you have arrived at that message so that they have a chance to replicate it.
If you have already opened the support ticketa and are not geting any traction in relation to it then please post back and we will see if we have a way to nudge it along (warming up ? re. this one just in case...;)).

what I ment by cant get to the support for help with it was I can click on the link for support to try to put a ticket in and nothing but a blank page comes up sorry for the confusion on the info I gave

Just letting y'all know i finally got through to webroot support and got the issue fixed Thank you for all y'alls advice in this matter
