Hello ?,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
May I ask how do you know it's the Webroot Filter? Do you use any other browsers? Have you disabled the Webroot Webfilter? And are you having any problems when disabling this?
I think you could do a uninstall/clean install which will only take you under 5-10 minutes.Do you want to try that? If you do I will send you exact instructions how to do so. Otherwise you could submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they will look at your logs to see what's going on.
Let me ping ? do you have any information concerning this?
Best Regards,

Hello there!
I think Sherry has a good idea and do a re-install of WSA and see if that helps. If not, consider going the Trouble Ticket route.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
