is the user name and password different for internet security than the account user name and password?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
You are unable to currently login because you have not yet set the password permissions for your portal account.
Please navigate to your portal account at https://my.webrootanywhere.com/default.aspx and then login.
Once you have done this you will want to click your email in the top right corner and select "Manage Users"
On the next page you will see a blue person with a pencil, this is where you will click to edit the permissions.
Once you have clicked on that you will be taken to another page and you will want to click the tab that says "Access and Permissions." Click that tab and then check the box next to "Passwords." You will receive a popup that says it will take 15 minutes to which you can just click Yes.
Wait the 15 minutes and then you should be able to login to the secureweb browser using your credentials.
