In the Backup & Sync tab, the on/off buttons are sometimes off so nothing backs up. I don't know why
When I log into the Webroot software from my laptop, and go to the Backup and Sync tab, the on/off buttons are sometimes turned off, thus nothing backs up or syncs. I have never turned these buttons off manually, so I have no idea why this keeps happening.

After following those directions I can say that I have not had the problem return.
