I have had Webroot for a year and it is about to expire on 12/26/14. I am showing that I have 2 infections on my computer, and Webroot isn't removing them. What can be done about this before renewing my membership?

Welcome to the Community Forum,
Can you tell me the name of these infections? Has Webroot quarantined them?
If you think you have any infection it is always best to Submit a Support Ticket
Also this is one important thing you need to see: http://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-Education/What-Happens-if-Webroot-quot-Misses-quot-a-Virus/t...
Best REgards,
Hi altasamata
Welcome to the Community Forums.
The fact that WSA has indicated that you have threats means that it has done its job. And if you are not seeing anything in quarantine (having checked as Sherry suggested) then I would just run another scan and that should then, when completed, prompt with actions on how to deal with the offending items found.
In terms of your expiry (and hopefully you will renew...;)...as we would hate to lose you from the Webroot Family) there is, if I recall correctly, a 30 day grace period after expiry during which WSA will continue to protect you fully...it is there to allow users who may have not gotten around to renewing on time, a window to allow them to do so without leaving them vulnerable.
So you should be OK for the moment but I would urge you to either renew your subscription soon or 😞 choose another security application and get that installed so that you are protected.
