install new webroot disc from store
I bought a new webroot at the store but when i put it in it is aking me to renew all i want to do is install the one from the store what do i do?

Do you have Webroot already installed? If you do look below.. Or is this the first time installing Webroot?
Would you please go to your online Account Console and add your new keycode? Here is a KB article
To add keycodes, you must have Admin permission.
To add a license keycode:

- Open the SecureAnywhere website menu and click Manage Keycodes.
- Click Add Product Keycode to open the keycode field: [img]http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_addkeycode.png[/img]
- Enter the product keycode and click Add. Note: your keycode is a string of 20 alphanumeric characters. It is unique and holds the information about your subscription. You may choose to copy and paste your keycode when prompted, to ensure that the characters are entered correctly.
